📍 July 2024 — Project Kickoff

  • WowChain officially established

  • Core team assembled, architecture and positioning defined

  • Development of Dogecoin L2 infrastructure begins

🔬 H2 2024 — Core Development Phase

  • Initial design of Sequencing, Settlement, and Proving layers ✨

  • Construction of zk module for batch transaction verification

  • Internal testnet launched to validate throughput and security

🚀 January 2025 — Mainnet Launch

  • WowChain mainnet goes live, using Dogecoin mainnet as the Settlement Layer

  • Completion of first airdrop snapshot to activate community participation

  • Launch Zealy task system and begin 2nd and 3rd round airdrop incentive plans

  • Integrate MetaMask and Chainlist for one-click access

  • Deploy basic DOGE ↔ WowChain bridge

🌉 Q3 2025 — TGE, Cross-Chain Integration & Technical Advancements

  • Launch TGE (Token Generation Event), enabling $WOW token circulation

  • Introduce atomic cross-chain bridge for fast DOGE ↔ WowChain transfers

  • Begin integrating BTC Taproot and PSBT support to expand interoperability

  • Deepen integration between native Dogecoin assets and L2 assets for better liquidity and composability

  • Partner with leading CEXs to list $WOW on major exchanges

🔮 2026 and Beyond — Full Decentralization & Community-Driven Future

  • 🚀 Achieve full on-chain governance where all protocol parameters and upgrades are decided by DAO voting

  • 🧠 Launch Community Developer Grant Fund governed by token holders to support innovative projects

  • 🌐 Build a global WowChain Ambassadors network to drive localized grassroots growth

  • 🪙 Transfer all core contract permissions to DAO multisig or on-chain governance; team retains no central control
